Stephanie Doty joined the Art History faculty in 2006 as lecturer/coordinator for the Art Appreciation program. Her research involved developing online courses in a variety of formats for non-majors, which also includes H221 Art Past and Present and H200 Understanding Contemporary Art. Her research also included the study of women’s role in art history and society. As a studio artist her work is autobiographical and also addresses feminist issues based on her own life experiences.
